Why do I get fliers for listings not in my area?
The Agency that contracts with
us decides what Areas they want to advertise to. Unfortunately, there is no easy way for the Agency to know what every
Agent's buyer is looking for. This is why we place the Areas and description on the Subject line. If it is not of interest,
simply hit the delete key.
Where did you get my information?
All information was gathered
from public sources and then verified accurate against local Realtor associations. We do not purchase your information nor
will we ever sell or give anyone else your information.
Is this Spam?
This is a service for Realtors. Every listing we send is from a current Builder/Developer and a member of a local Realtor
organization. If the information sent is not of interest, each reciepient has the option to "Opt Out" of future
How do I know you are sending out my flier?
We provide our service throughout
the United States and we continue to expand the number of markets we serve. It is in our best interest to fulfill our
obligations to our clients. The addresses are already loaded in our system. Accordingly, upon your aproval all we do is set
up the campaign and hit the send key.
Also, unlike most services, upon request we can provide complete tracking
information including the number fliers sent, number delivered, number opened and the number that clicks through to your website.
